First, check the charger
- Indicator lights should alternate between blue and purple
- If indicator lights are alternating between blue and turquoise, and your charger is not connected to ChargeLab, follow the ‘clearing Wi-Fi settings in your Grizzl-E manual’
- If not, reboot the charger by unplugging the charger or resetting the breaker if hardwired
Next, check home home Wi-Fi network
- Connect to same network as charger and test internet connection
- Confirm the Wi-Fi password is correct
- Check signal strength and network proximity to charger
- Check any security settings
